1. Overview

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pulse Check platform, operated by General Labs Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Ownership

• The individual or organization that creates a Pulse Check account (“Account Owner”) is responsible for managing the account, user invitations, and all activity under it.

• The Account Owner is responsible for maintaining accurate information and ensuring that invited users comply with these Terms.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Upload or distribute content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights

• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ data

• Reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service

• Circumvent any access or security controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pulse Check is free for up to 10 employees.

• For larger teams, paid subscription plans are available on a monthly or annual basis.

• Billing is handled automatically according to your selected plan.

• Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the initial payment by contacting support@pulsecheck.pro.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content submitted to Pulse Check.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not review or access submitted content unless required for support or technical reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, General Labs Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deactivating your account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
